Hi we are a family of three. we are in a bit of a bind we need help. we are being kicked out of our current apartment and had to find a home somewhere else. So they are letting us out of our lease but we have to pay for a full month here to avoid lease break fees. Plus we had to come up with rent and a deposit to our new place. I was hoping to use rent assistance but we were denined. So this is my last hope to see if there is anyone out there that could help us pay our rent we have to pay for it by tomorrow at 5pm. I can watch your child or children as run an in home childcare. Please and thank you so very much

I wonder if they would send us their 2006 Form 1040 and their last three months of paystubs, unredacted?

If they won't trust a stranger with their personal financial information, why should we trust them with a loan?

Has anyone here used that prosper site?

It actually sounds like an interesting thing seeing that you can buy up small amounts of debt, and they take care of collections for delinquencies.

It appears that people with C/D ratings might be the most profitable, based on their numbers.
